We make everything from scratch, using simple and humble ingredients. Unbleached flour, water and yeast, these are the building blocks of our bread. Our Brioche and Baguette rests slowly for more than 24 hours to develop the desired depth and flavour before baking. All hand made. All in-house.
We only choose vine ripened tomatoes who has been on the vine for a long time to cook our sauce. Our broths are slow cooked for more than 8 hours before serving to our customer. Time is our most important ingredient.
