We make everything from scratch, using simple and humble ingredients. Unbleached flour, water and yeast, these are the building blocks of our bread. Our Brioche and Baguette rest slowly for more than 24 hours to develop the desired depth and flavour before baking. All handmade. All in-house.

We only choose vine ripened tomatoes to cook our tomato-based sauces. Our broths are slow-cooked for more than 8 hours before serving to our customers. Time is our most important ingredient.
